Certified Negotiation Expert – CNE
Bill recently completed the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation . The tools learned in this course of study apply to negotiating prices and terms for pre-owned homes and are critical when dealing with builder reps in a new construction transaction. The builder rep works for the BUILDER and is in no way obligated to inform buyers of what items can be negotiated and where there is room built into the price to give buyers concessions.
