In a recent article by Diana Olick from CNBC, Olick wrote of what items make the top of consumers’ lists these days when it comes to buying a home, based on the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) survey. According to the article, buyers are much more price-sensitive and cautious than before, with consumers considering projects and renovations for both enjoyment and resale purposes.
